May 15, 2008 - Gorge Bike Ride in June on the Historic Columbia River Highway

Bike through the magnificent Columbia River Gorge on Saturday, June 14. The ride is 38.5 miles round trip and begins at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center just west of The Dalles, Oregon. Snacks, water, mechanics and SAG will be available to riders.

Last year (the first) 379 riders participated. Carol Fredlund, one of the riders said, “… we hope you make this an annual event. You had fine support from your volunteers, rest stops were well organized, the route was well marked, and the scenery was (as anticipated) spectacular!”
